Only authorized employees, who have signed non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), may access full order details. As of the Effective Date, LumeSoft has no employees. Employees may begin handling order data after May 1, 2026.

Investors and outside parties may only access anonymized, aggregate summaries that do not include personal or order-specific information.
